Fitrana 2021

This year we distributed *Fitrana in Pakistan and Lebanon.

Pakistan: Food items are distributed to 150 households in the impoverished province of Tharparkar where we also established Solar-Wells in 7 villages.

Lebanon: Food items are distributed to 360 households in refugee camps.

2850 people in total benefited from food supplies, enough to last a full month, including the day of Eid al Fitr which was on 13th May 2021.

*Fitrana is a charity paid in the holy month of Ramadan to help those less fortunate. It is paid in advance of the Eid celebration in order to allow recipients to join in the festivities of the day too. It shows compassion and empathy, and demonstrate gratitude for what you have been blessed with.
